Born in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1955, the oldest of 5 children, Bernadette is a 10th generation Native New Mexican and can trace her ancestry on her mother’s side to the first Spanish settlers.
The wife of Robert Joseph Vadurro an Architect specializing in “green architecture” and the mother of two daughters Christy Michelle and Katie Elizabeth, Bernadette understands the demands of working parents and professionals who are striving to make a difference both at home and in the world. Her ability to develop rapport and her down to earth problem solving techniques are greatly appreciated by audience participants.
Bernadette’s hobbies include travel, reading, biking, hiking and going to the movies with husband Robert Vadurro and managing her three Airbnb rental properties in the heart of the historic east-side of downtown Santa Fe, NM.

Ms. Vadurro is a Magna-Cum Laude graduate from the College of Santa Fe and was chosen the Small Business Supplier in 1998 by the Rio Grande Minority Purchasing Council. She was nominated for this prestigious award by the Los Alamos National Laboratory for her contributions in human development.
Bernadette is the President of Speakers Live and has worked as a contract trainer for both Career Track and the National Seminars Group. Bernadette is the author of Influence: Speaking to Win and America’s Conscience: Facing Threats to Democracy, the Middle Class and Our World. In addition she is the co-author of Motivational Leaders and The Service Path. She has been named in Who’s Who World-Wide and Who’s Who in Business.
